-Unlimited emails & sms conversations

 

-Create an extensive wedding day timeline/itinerary (from setup to break down) to be approved by couple prior to wedding day and distributed to all vendors

 

-Obtain a copy of all vendor contracts to review and confirm details

 

-Assist in booking vendors still needed

 

-Obtain final headcount from couple to reconcile count/service needs

 

-Provide ongoing e-mail and phone support.

 

-Design the floor plans.

 

-1 DIY Day

 

-Month of Weekly Check ins

 

-Monthly Meetings

 

 

OUT OF TOWN GUEST SERVICES

 

-Upon request, arrange hotel room block agreement for out of town guests

 

-Upon request, schedule group transportation for guests

 

 

REHEARSAL SERVICES

 

-Up to 6 hours assistance with set up of Ceremony & Reception

 

-2 hour attendance the ceremony rehearsal.

 

-1 Meeting with Day of Coordinator

 

-Upon request, provide itinerary to wedding party with wedding day specifics
